E' interessante leggere anche velocemente il rapporto. Il Commissario afferma spesso di essere "preoccupato" o "profondamente preoccupato" della situazione degli immigrati in Italia.
In riferimento alle visite negli insediamanti (accampamenti) di immigrati a Roma dice:
37. The Commissioner noted with regret that the standards of the living conditions in all settlements that he visited this time were unacceptably low and raise very serious concerns about the health of their inhabitants, especially children
Sarebeb interessante spulciare ben bene il report mettendo in evidenza i punti "qualificanti"!
